Patrick Bracewell
Chairman & CEO
Patrick Bracewell is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Forge. Before joining Forge in 2011, he held the position of Vice President in the insurance investment banking group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., a middle-market investment banking firm. Mr. Bracewell also serves as a Director of Trustar Bank and Frederick Mutual Insurance Company. He graduated from Bowdoin College with an A.B. in Economics and History.
Stephanie Taylor
Vice President & CFO
Stephanie Taylor is the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Forge. Before joining Forge in 2023, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Sahouri Insurance Agency & Financial Services and served as the Controller at Hamilton Insurance Agency. Ms. Taylor is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech and a B.A. from St. Johns College in Annapolis.
Brian Mancino
Senior Vice President
Brian Mancino is the Senior Vice President of Distribution at Forge. Before joining Forge in 2013, Mr. Mancino worked as an Analyst at Ramsey Asset Management, LLC, an institutional alternative investment firm, and worked in the equity capital markets group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., a middle-market investment banking firm. He holds a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree in Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio), holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and was previously a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Michael McColley
Vice President
Michael McColley is the Vice President of Insurance Operations at Forge. Before joining Forge in 2017, Mr. McColley worked as the Associate Director of Claims for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. He holds a B.A. in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dale Willis
Vice President
Dale Willis is the Vice President of Product at Forge. Prior to joining Forge in 2023, Mr. Willis spent nearly a decade at Progressive Insurance, where he held leadership roles in both personal and commercial lines. He worked at various technology startups focused on connected vehicle data and insurance risk management, and most recently he led the expansion from workers’ compensation into commercial auto at insurtech Pie Insurance. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. with a focus on Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
