Patrick Bracewell

Patrick Bracewell is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since Forge Group, Inc. was organized in January 2021. Mr. Bracewell joined Forge Insurance Company in October 2011 and was elected as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Mr. Bracewell has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Forge Risk Management, Inc. since 2011. Prior thereto, Mr. Bracewell served as a Vice President in the insurance investment banking group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., a middle-market investment banking firm. Mr. Bracewell graduated from Bowdoin College with an A.B. in economics and history.

Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie Taylor is the VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Forge Insurance Company in August 2023, Ms. Tayor was the CFO of Sahouri Insurance Agency & Financial Services Inc, an all-lines insurance broker. Before her role at Sahouri, Ms. Taylor served as the Controller of Hamilton Insurance Agency. Ms. Taylor is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech and a B.A. from St. Johns College in Annapolis.

Brian Mancino

Brian Mancino is the Corporate Secretary and the Senior Vice President — Distribution. Mr. Mancino joined Forge Insurance Company in March 2013. Prior to joining Forge Insurance Company, Mr. Mancino was an Analyst at Ramsey Asset Management, LLC, an institutional alternative investment firm. Mr. Mancino holds a B.S. degree and a M.S. degree of Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio), holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and was previously a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Michael McColley

Michael McColley is the Vice President — Insurance Operations. Mr. McColley joined Forge Insurance Company in June 2017. Prior to joining Forge Insurance Company, Mr. McColley served as Associate Director — Claims for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. McColley has 29 years of claims experience in the insurance industry. Mr. McColley has a B.A. in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dale Willis

Dale Willis is the Vice President - Product. Mr. Willis started his insurance career with nearly a decade of experience at Progressive Insurance, with leadership roles in both personal and commercial lines. After Progressive, and in the dozen years prior to joining Forge Insurance Company in July 2023, Mr. Willis worked at a variety of technology startups focused on the intersection between connected vehicle data and insurance risk management - most recently at the insurtech Pie Insurance Company where he led their expansion from workers’ compensation into commercial auto. Mr. Willis has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. focused in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
