Forge Group, Inc. (“Forge”, OTC Pink: FIGP) is a Pennsylvania corporation that was organized in 2021. Forge was formed so that it could (i) acquire all of the capital stock of Forge Insurance Company (“FIC”) in a mutual-to-stock conversion and (ii) acquire FIC’s affiliated insurance agency, Forge Risk Management, Inc. (“FRM”). On March 11, 2022, Forge completed (i) the conversion of FIC through the sale of 2,050,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10.00 per share for a total gross offering of $20.5 million and (ii) acquired FRM.

Through its operating subsidiaries, Forge has focused on providing commercial automobile insurance to small business owners and operates across the U.S. since 1938.
